Train-the-trainer

To be able to give the Career Discovery Traject as a trainer, a three-day training is provided, which is concluded with a certification test.

After the training:

  • you have integrated the theoretical frameworks behind the CDT
  • you understand the structure of the workshop and the landing points of each part of the workshop
  • you are trained to transfer the matter smoothly, taking into account the individuality of the group
  • you can deal with unexpected reactions from the group

TTT Career Discovery Traject

Content

Day 1

- Experience the Career Discovery Trajectory as a participant

- Gain insight in the theoretical background

- Analyse the objectives, structure and challenges for trainers in the Trajectory

Day 2

- Deliver the Trajectory to your fellow participants

- Learn from observation

- Test your theoritical knowledge 

Day 3

- Share experiences

- Ask remaining questions

- Participants take a certification test. Successful participants receive a certificate from "TalentLogiQs licensed by UAntwerp".

Entry conditions:

The participants in the training have trainer skills. The traject only imparts knowledge and process. It is not a skills training. Participants are expected to have experience with groups and group dynamics and to be able to facilitate when necessary.

Practical

Available languages: Dutch, French, English

Participants receive syllabi and manuals in their own language.

This training is organized as an open training but can also be organized in-house.

Price for a class training: 2700€ per person excl. VAT, a subsidy via KMO Portefeuille is possible.
