We have taken the necessary physical, technical and organisational security measures to effectively protect your personal data against unauthorised access, use and disclosure.
All operational use and communication of data falls under a documented user and access control policy and is protected with appropriate encryption, firewalls, wireless network security and authentication protocols. Access to data is always password protected and user roles with direct back-end access to data require VPN SSH authentication. Data is encrypted in storage and in transit end-to-end. For clients requiring very high levels of data protection we offer an additional option to completely anonymize data, with a coding key stored on the customer’s systems. As part of our own application development, we employ secure coding practices (following the latest PHP Symfony protocols) and staged server layers that are redundant and geographically dispersed.
All our services and data are managed as SaaS applications, supported by top-tier ISO certified international service and hosting providers such as Combell, Hetzner, Pipedrive, and Mailchimp. This SaaS-based architecture prevents the need for an own internal network and instead guarantees up-to-date security in terms of network firewalls, encryption, hashing, anti-malware, IPS and IDS, DDoS security, Patching, Jailing, physical server access and contingency protection, ... both at the data center and the application level. Our own servers for development, testing and staging do not contain identifiable client information.
We have global information security policies, which are updated after each new incident, relevant security warning or policy change. Responsibilities for updating these procedures are clearly assigned to our CIO and DPO. Protocols or systems are in place for the management of passwords and local / global keys, critical incidents, monitoring of system logs, business continuity and disaster recovery, and compliance monitoring among others. TalentLogiQs BV is ready to complete initial due diligence and / or periodic assessments as part of the start-up or continuation of licensed corporate accounts.
If a data breach has been detected at your company, you must immediately report this to TALENTLOGIQS™ BV. In the event that a data breach occurs at TALENTLOGIQS™ BV, we will notify you by email within 7 business days.
You must also respect and comply with the rules relating to the protection of privacy in accordance with the Act of 8 December 1992 and the General Data Protection Regulation in the Act of 14 April 2016. If you do not do so, TALENTLOGIQS™ BV is not responsible for this in any case. Thus, among other things, TALENTLOGIQS™ BV is not responsible if you do not secure your website sufficiently, do not have a Privacy Policy and/or general conditions or do not comply with other legal obligations.
