Career Fitness Profiler

The Career Fitness Profiler is an individual report based on a respondent's answers to an online questionnaire. The instrument measures career values, the degree to which the respondent is actively managing their career, and their current energy levels. The Career Fitness Profiler enables people to make the right choices for the next chapter of their careers, and activates career ownership. With the Career Fitness Profiler, the employee is supported throughout in-depth and fundamental career reflection and action planning.

Certification training can be provided either in open sessions or in-house.

Career Discovery Traject

Sometimes, a collective lay-off is the only option. The Career Discovery Trajectory is a collective approach that helps individuals take their first steps towards reorientation outside of the organization. The Career Discovery Trajectory provides employees with insight into the rules of the game on the current employability market, and shows them how to actively manage their careers. An evidence-based tool is integrated in the group approach, so that participants can get individual feedback on how to further develop their career skills.
