Career Fitness Profiler

The Career Fitness Profiler is an individual report based on a respondent's answers to an online questionnaire. The instrument measures career values, the degree to which the respondent is actively managing their career, and their current energy levels.

Consider the Career Fitness Profiler if:

You are getting too many mismatches in your recruitment activity due to a lack of cultural fit.

Your turnover is too high too soon, due to diverging expectations between employees and the organization.

You want to improve engagement by making qualitative career discussions between managers and employees a habit right from the start.

We offer certification training both in open sessions and in-house.

Career Discovery Trajectory

Set the record straight right from the get-go: what can employees and the organization expect from each other? The Career Discovery Trajectory is a collective approach that facilitates individuals taking ownership of their careers. An evidence-based tool is integrated in the group approach.

New recruits need a clear answer to three questions:

  1. What does the concept of career mean to this organization?
  2. What is the career deal I can expect here?
  3. What is expected of me?

The CDT allows you to effectively convey the answers to these questions.

"Train the trainer" certification training can be provided either in open sessions or in-house.
