Career Fitness Profiler

The Career Fitness Profiler is an individual report based on a respondent's answers to an online questionnaire. The instrument measures career values, the degree to which the respondent is actively managing their career, and their current energy levels.

The Career Fitness Profiler allows individuals to make the right choices for the next chapter of their careers, and fosters career ownership. With the Career Fitness Profiler, employees are able to unlock in-depth and fundamental career reflection and action planning.

Certification training can be provided either in open sessions or in-house.

Career Discovery Traject

The Career Discovery Trajectory is a collective approach that facilitates individuals taking ownership of their careers. An evidence-based tool is integrated in the group approach.

Restructuring calls for group approaches. The Career Discovery Trajectory is a collective approach that facilitates individuals taking their first steps towards reorienting their career within or outside the organization. The Career Discovery Trajectory provides employees with insight into the rules of the game on the current job market, and shows them how to actively manage their careers. It allows for more frequent and higher-quality career conversations between managers and employees, and paves the way for win-win outcomes.

An evidence-based questionnaire is integrated in the group approach, to provide individual feedback on how employees can further develop their career skills.

"Train the trainer" certification training can be provided both in open sessions and in-house.

Talent Review Profiler

Increase your added value for clients restructuring their organization. Advise your clients on who to reallocate and who to transition out of the organization if layoffs cannot be avoided. Get a clear outlook on motivation, risks and potential within the organization. Overcome bias and subjectivity in your talent review and succession exercises, and offer managers evidence-based information for sound decision making.

The Talent Review Profiler solution offers a dashboard to consider both individual perspectives and that of the organization when making people decisions. Data is collected through an online questionnaire filled out by employees and their managers. The interpretation of this data is then presented in a clear dashboard.
