Career Fitness Profiler

The Career Fitness Profiler is an individual report based on a respondent's answers to an online questionnaire. The instrument measures career values, the degree to which the respondent is actively managing their career, and their current energy levels.

When people feel drained, demotivated or even hopeless, it may be time for a  thorough career check up. An honest diagnosis – why do I feel the way I feel? – and clear indicators of what needs to be done will help employees to take responsibility for their own career satisfaction and wellbeing.

The Career Fitness Profiler can also be valuable for reintegration after a long period of absence. In-depth reflection and action planning are the keys to a successful reboot of professional activities.

Certification training can be provided both in open sessions and in-house.
