Career Fitness Profiler

The Career Fitness Profiler is an individual report based on a respondent's answers to an online questionnaire. The instrument measures career values, the degree to which the respondent is actively managing their career, and their current energy levels.

When people feel drained, demotivated or even hopeless, it may be time for a  thorough career check up. An honest diagnosis – why do I feel the way I feel? – and clear indicators of what needs to be done will help employees to take responsibility for their own career satisfaction and wellbeing.

The Career Fitness Profiler can also be valuable for reintegration after a long period of absence. In-depth reflection and action planning are the keys to a successful reboot of professional activities.

Certification training can be provided both in open sessions and in-house.

Career Discovery Trajectory

In the current employment context, employees can no longer afford to remain passive when it comes to managing their own careers. Failure to act only leads to insecurity, demotivation, presenteeism, and disengagement. The Career Discovery Trajectory is a collective approach that facilitates individuals taking ownership of their careers. An evidence-based tool is integrated in the group approach. The Career Discovery Trajectory shifts the talent culture within the organization towards greater career satisfaction, self-management, and wellbeing.

"Train the trainer" certification training can be provided either in open sessions or in-house.

Talent Review Profiler

Want an evidence-based analysis of people risks in your organization? When it comes to energy risks and possible disengagement, who do you need to address now to prevent long-term sick leave?

The Talent Review Profiler solution offers a dashboard that allows you to integrate the individual perspective with that of the organization when making people decisions. Data is collected through an online questionnaire filled out by employees and their managers. The interpretation of this data is then presented in a clear and structured format, allowing you to take the necessary measures.
