Career Fitness Profiler

The Career Fitness Profiler is an individual report based on a respondent's answers to an online questionnaire. The instrument measures career values, the degree to which the respondent is actively managing their career, and their current energy levels.

The Career Fitness Profiler helps individuals to establish a clear career mission and vision, for meaningful career discussions. It gives employees ownership of their career satisfaction, their energy, and the safeguarding of their own employability. The Career Fitness Profiler report is a great starting point for career conversations, which facilitates a win-win outcome for the employee and the organization.

Certification training can be provided either in open sessions or in-house.

Career Discovery Traject

Whether they are high potential or members of a group at risk, help employees to actively take responsibility for their own careers, with the ability to both ensure their career satisfaction and safeguard their own employability. Clarify the role of the manager and give them effective tools to facilitate meaningful career discussions and enhance retention. Help shift the talent culture of your client's organization towards greater career satisfaction and self-management.

The Career Discovery Trajectory is a collective approach that facilitates individuals taking ownership of their careers. An evidence-based tool is integrated in the group approach.

"Train the trainer" certification training can be provided either in open sessions or in-house.

Talent Review Profiler

Get a clear outlook on motivation, risks and potential in your organization. The Talent Review Profiler tells you when and with whom you need to have a conversation. It shows you what the conversation should be about and what possible actions could be taken for development and prevention. Overcome bias and subjectivity in your talent review and succession exercises and offer managers evidence-based information for sound decision making.

The Talent Review Profiler solution offers a dashboard to consider both individual perspectives and that of the organization when making people decisions. Data is collected through an online questionnaire filled out by employees and their managers. The interpretation of this data is then presented in a clear dashboard.
