Matching &
Onboarding

Start off on the right foot by considering the alignment between candidates’ career expectations and the organization’s environment.

Why TalentLogiQs for Matching and Onboarding

Career success has become highly subjective, and employees' career ambitions are no longer confined to their current organization. More than ever, it takes more than a good fit for the job to make a good match. An individual's alignment with the organization's environment is just as important for a sustainable hire. Careers are now shaped through negotiations. HR service providers optimize the process by advising both candidates and hiring managers on the right questions to address for smooth onboarding and greater retention further down the road. As an HR service provider, you can give new recruits a clear understanding of the career playing field within the hiring organization. This will ensure their smooth onboarding, and will support the hiring manager. TalentLogiQs offers you the tools and solutions to help you do just that.

Career Fitness Profiler

The Career Fitness Profiler is an individual report based on a respondent's answers to an online questionnaire. The instrument measures career values, the degree to which the respondent is actively managing their career, and their current energy levels.

Consider the Career Fitness Profiler if:

you want to reduce recruitment and secondment mismatches caused by a lack of cultural fit;

you want to make sure candidates and hiring managers address the right questions, to ensure employee-environment alignment right from the start;

you want to make the matching process an enriching experience for candidates by adding development and career advice to your service

Certification training can be provided either in open sessions or in-house.

Career Discovery Traject

Want to facilitate smooth onboarding? Help your client clarify what employees and the organization can expect from each other right from the outset.

The Career Discovery Trajectory is a collective approach that facilitates individuals taking ownership of their careers. An evidence-based tool is integrated in the group approach.

New recruits need to know the answer to three questions:

  1. What does the concept of career mean to this organization?
  2. What is the career deal that I can expect here?
  3. What is expected of me?

With the Career Discovery Trajectory, you can help your client clarify the answers to these questions.

"Train the trainer" certification training can be provided either in open sessions or in-house.
